 Smaller in size yet able to flex serious muscle, the CC 24.400-1 lattice boom crawler crane offers a load capacity up to 400t / 440 USt and a maximum load moment of 5,168tm /712,094 lbs. @ 52.5′ with outstanding load capacities across all working ranges. Adding to this versatility, the common and therefore interchangeable counterweight across all Tadano CC models saves considerable storage and transport costs. The CC 24.400-1 can also do things by halves with the optional Quick Connection solution, allowing the crane’s basic structure to be disassembled into parts for flexible transport. The ESTA award-winning fall protection system provides safety during assembly and disassembly. 

 The extremely versatile CC 28.600-2 offers top-in-its-class performance for infrastructure projects from roads and bridges to wind turbine erecting and refinery work. Its maximum lifting capacity is 600t / 661.4 USt with a maximum load moment of 7,760t / 8,554 USt. Building upon the strong reputation of its predecessor, the CC 28.600-2 offers even better handling and optimized transportability. Components like the luffing jib and middle main boom inserts that fit the CC 2800-1 also fit the CC 28.600-2, reducing the necessary capital investment when upgrading. The basic unit was also adapted to that of the CC 38.650-1, with its strong drivetrain included. 

 The Tadano CC 38.650-1 combines strength, economy, and safety for many lifting applications. The CC 38.650-1’s load capacity of 650t / 716.5USt at a radius of 12m / 39.4 ft and maximum load moment of 8,448t / 9,312 USt provides strength to erect wind turbines with hub heights up to 117m / 389.9 ft. without the need for a Superlift system. The divisible “Split Tray” superlift frame allows easy counterweight uncoupling; the optional “Flex Frame” adjustment frame can further increase radius. The optional Boom Booster extends system length to 183m / 600ft while the ESTA award-winning fall protection design keeps people on the safe side during assembly and disassembly. 

 The CC 68.1250-1 delivers outstanding load capacities across all working ranges, especially with a luffing jib. It sets the standard in its class with a maximum load moment of a remarkable 15,856t / 17,478.2 USt with a lifting capacity of 991t / 1,092.4 USt at a radius of 16m / 52.5 ft. As circumstances require, the agile CC 68.1250-1 can pirouette in tight spaces with its standard, powerfully propulsive Quadro drive.  The CC 88.1600-1 offers superlatives in every category. Its load capacity is an enormous 1,600t / 1,764 USt with a maximum load moment of 26,160t / 28,836 USt. The retrofittable Boom Booster can increase load capacity up to 90% and then dismantle into several parts for easy transport. The CC 88.1600-1 also boasts a hook height of 231m / 757.8 ft. Despite its sheer size, the CC 88.1600-1 provides easy handling down to the smallest detail in terms of transport, erection, and maintenance.  The incredibly powerful CC 88.3200-1 reaches load capacities typically beyond other cranes’ reach. Its twin boom system – combining the CC 88.1600-1’s booms to form one double boom – creates an incredible maximum load capacity of 3,200t / 3,527.4 USt and load moment of 43,900t / 48,391.4 USt. Despite this size, it is still a “real” mobile crane, able to travel on its crawlers under full load. While massive on-site, the CC 88.3200-1 shrinks down for remarkably easy transport; the maximum width of its components is just 3.50m / 11.5 ft. It also excels in handling since none of its individual components exceeds a 60t / 66 USt transport weight.
